What is the difference with the football divisions?

My husband humors me when I ask him football questions. I genuinely like football and am pretty sure that I like the Colts. I like the way Manning plays and their offense is doing good. I still have a lot to learn, any suggestions on how to get more info without harrassing my husband so he won't give me that "don't bother me while football is on" look?

These sites give info about what is goin on in the league and stuff like that.
You can watch T.V. and use the internet
Yes, go to the Sports section of Yahoo and look up the NFL. It'll have various sections that detail the various divisions with the names of the teams, standings and stats. It's very easy to learn although you will have to watch several games to really pick up on the rules and what can and can't be done. Good luck to you.

watch ESPN at 8:30 on sunday morning. they have a show called NFL Matchup, with two guys named Ron Jaworski and Merril Hodge. They break stuff down real simple and they are ALWAYS right.
If you really want to know ask him later. I hate it when the wife unit asks me stupid questions during the game.

Basically the divisions are broken down geographically. The Conferences are broken up somewhat randomly now.
Watch the NFL Network and as much football as possible.
